The location was particularly good and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Southover Grange Gardens. It was also near the mountains, cable cars and the main restaurant.
There was a not that comfortable bed.

I really liked the price of our double room and its basic amenities. the location was great, as it was close to a supposed 5-star restaurant, the cable cars, and everything Switzerland has to offer. the food at the gastronomic restaurant was pretty good too! 😊.

We loved hotel's amazing and perfect location!!
That was modest hotel set in ski area, short walk to Saas Fee downtown and the supposed 5 star restaurant and the centre. The staff were affable and excellent in case of questions. The room met the demands, it was generous-sized and newly renovated here with balcony and a view of the glacier, as example. We had 4 excellent days here, can just recommend the place.

We stayed in a superior room, and it was truly perfect and outstanding! the location was fantastic, just a short distance from Lewes Priory Park. Plus, there was a great restaurant nearby that focused on gourmet cuisine. 🍽️.

We had booked a room with a half board inclusive, however on our arrival we were told that the hotel offers the rooms with breakfast only, not half board. The lady at the reception apologized for the booking error via Booked.net and gave us a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne. The wellness area is very nice.
The towels and bathrobes have definitely seen better times, we missed a hair shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the toilet needed to be flushed 3-4 times. Once we had used the towels for the wellness area and wanted to go swimming early in the morning on the next day, we had to come down and ask for clean towels at the reception (nobody picked up the phone after long ringing), which is not a 5* hotel standard. The breakfast was not that generous due to the fact that hotel was being only partially operated during the days of our visit.

Wonderful posh ambiance at dinners in the main restaurant, live piano music every evening, great sports, spa, fitness facilities and a big pool, free ski transfer, location in the city center, hearty approach from the staff
Way too simple room for its price( 1000 chf per night for our suit), incredible greediness when it comes to food( you choose between salad and main course for lunch :) ), bizarre cheese smell chased us in every corner of the hotel
